On my last blog, I talked about how I lost my GPS and broke my camera. Well I also lost my excuse! My son, Joe has been telling me to do some video on how to prospect. My answer has always been, I can't, my camera doesn't do video. Now that my camera is broken, I had to break down and buy a new camera that does video.
For the last two weeks I've been learning how to run this new camera, learning how to edit, and all kinds of new things. I almost hate to admit it, but I'm starting to have fun with this stuff. I went up to the claim Sunday and shot a "how to highbank" video. It should be up sometime this week. Take a look at it when it does, and let me know what you think.
I have plans this summer of doing instructional videos on all types of mining. If there is a subject you would like to see me do a video on, let me now. If I know this subject I will try best to get it done. I won't make a video on anything I don't know fully - there is enough people doing that already. I'm going to keep this short so I can finish editing the video.
