The last month has been crazy. Between work and YouTube, I have had very little free time. I have been doing a lot of traveling, most for business. One trip - the best one, was to visit my grandkids in Nebraska. I did manage to make three trips to the hills.
I have accomplished several things, a dislike for airports, two new videos, one in the works, and laying the ground work for a very cool video. The two videos that I managed to get finished are; one is on detecting a 1860's mining camp. The other is - how to find gold with high water. I'm working on a "how to crevice with a detector" video.
I have planes to hike into a very remote area early tomorrow. The hike in won't be bad, all down hill in the cool morning. The hike out will be another story, 2 to 2 1/2 hour hike, all up hill in the heat of the day - predicted to be 105 degrees.
I am planning on making a video of the trip. The area I'm hiking into has a history of producing large gold. My hope is that history will repeat its self.
If the heat doesn't kill me, I will let you know how I did!
